KeyLime Capital is a family-owned and operated business based in Coral Gables, Florida.
Over two decades representing business clients in multiple industries, co-founder Marcell Felipe learned firsthand that commercial real estate represented the biggest value in terms of risk-reward ratios and began investing his own funds in commercial real estate. Given Florida's unparalleled growth, these investments have provided excellent returns on significantly low-risk investments. Capitalizing on the energy and knowledge of co-founders Luis Alberto and Alejandro Felipe, the family decided to start KeyLime Capital to allow accredited investors the opportunity to grab their slice of the Florida pie.
Marcell Felipe
Marcell is a tax, corporate, and real estate lawyer who has advised governments, heads of state, and industry leaders. He’s the co-founder of America-Teve Holdings which today owns Channel 41 in Miami. He is the Chairman of the American Museum of the Cuban Diaspora and serves as a Trustee at Maimi-Dade College.
Luis Alberto Felipe
Luis is currently pursuing a Masters in Management at Harvard University focusing on real estate investment and management. He is a graduate of FIU and a licensed realtor with the Canero Group.
Alejandro Felipe
Alejandro is an MBA candidate at FIU, focusing on real estate and entrepreneurship. Alejandro also holds a BBA in Finance from FIU. He is a licensed realtor with the Canero Group and is fluent in Spanish. Alejandro is also currently pursuing his private pilot’s license.
